We are a full service small animal hospital looking to add an outstanding full-time CSR (client service representative) to our team. Our hospital has a passion for helping clients and patients with their healthcare needs. We provide a high level of customer service and high quality medicine for our patients. Our team is comprised of people who are passionate, empathetic, have a great work ethic and love helping people and their pets. Our ideal CSR candidate will have some previous experience in the veterinary field. Does this sound like you? Full-time employment (34-40 hours a week) has excellent benefits: vacation/sick pay, medical/dental insurance and personal pet care discounts.
Duties will include answering multiple phone lines, greeting clients and patients, fee presentation and collection, chart documentation, using Avimark software and more.
