Career opportunity to join an established Staffing/HR company. Two on-site positions located in Oxnard. Must have experience in HR including employee relations, complaint investigations, employee counseling, time off requests, benefits and related responsibilities. Safety background/experience in conducting safety meetings, injury reporting and investigations, administering GMPs. Must have xlnt computer skills, including Microsoft and excel. Fast paced environment and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is required. Bi-lingual (Span/English) mandatory. Ability to work independently and responsibly. Two shifts available; must be able to work o/t when required.
