Hello everyone!

Here at Exact Staff, we have an excellent opportunity for a Jr. Talent Acquisition Associate to aid our main branch office in Calabasas! If you are looking for a great opportunity to get your feet wet in Human Resources, this is the position for you!

As the Jr Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be mainly responsible for calling people in for interviews, talking to them about our open positions, answering phones and other clerical duties as assigned. We are also the ones that post the job ads, including the one you are reading right now.

Finally, we are the main social media people for Exact Staff. This includes posting our ads on Facebook, making picture ads on Instagram, talking with candidates from these sources and generally keeping everything up to date.

We are looking for people to start soon, so please apply! This is a long-term, Temp-to-Hire position. First shift, between 8:30 - 5:30. If you do well, there is possibility of growth. It's common for Researchers here to become Recruiters.

Requirements include:

At least 1-2 years of previous clerical experience

You are Social Media savvy. You know how to use Facebook, Instagram and other platforms

You are looking to get into human resources.

You have a good speaking voice. You will be talking quite a bit on the phone.

Great communication skills, both email and phone

You have a decent writing ability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
