Express Employment Professionals is looking to hire its next Market Manager!
This position provides the opportunity to manage an already successful Express Employment office that is expected to do nothing but continue growing and helping to put Ventura County to work! This opportunity is ideal for a strong leader that is looking to take a passionate and driven team to new heights in the coming year. This is a full-time salaried position with the ability to make additional commissions and bonuses through sales activities as well as overall branch profitability.
We are looking to have this role filled as soon as possible so our leadership team fully set to hit the ground running and make 2021 our best year yet! A bit about the position:
Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day branch operations
Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse client portfolio stressing a consultative partnership
Major emphasis on recruiting processes to ensure we are cultivating the best talent in the market to provide our customer quality associates
Along with staff, own the client and associate relations aspect of our business, managing all current client accounts
Ensure all job orders are filled and we have high levels of visibility and communication with all clients
Guide and develop internal staff on a variety of staffing, customer service, recruiting, and selling business aspects helping them grow in roles and responsibilities
Monitor and maintain office is Express ISO compliant for document management and database usage
Motivates, evaluates, and develops branch employees through training and mentorship
Participate in the sales process by working seamlessly with outside sales team and clients to ensure smooth transitions from the sales process to servicing clients staffing needs
Help to inform current clients of the wide range of services offered, helping to expand our footprint within the current portfolio
Partner with sales division on leads, pricing, and service proposals on a daily and weekly basis
Help to steer continued and strategic growth of branch in the market
Active in the Ventura County markets promoting the office publicly at community events, B2B events, Chamber meetings, etc.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
Experience managing and providing support to the internal team (10-20 employees)
Significant exposure/familiarity or time working within the Staffing Industry highly preferred
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Significant experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint necessary, and prior use of applicant tracking/data management software a plus.
