FPMG is a premier Property Management Company and an inspiring place to work; with everything you are looking for in a career! We are hiring a Groundskeeper/Porter for our 178 unit apartment community in Agoura Hills.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Daily Duties:
Clean common areas, leasing office, laundry areas and maintain the properties curb appeal.
Power-wash dumpster areas
Pick up trash, de-web entry ways/corners, light landscaping
Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
Assist with any painting projects
Represent FPMG proudly and provide excellent customer service to our residents
Our Ideal Candidate:
6 months of prior work experience in any field
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills: Internet and email
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
