Ojai HVAC Company seeking one-two employees for a full-time Installer. As a member of our team, you will install residential and some commercial heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment with a strong focus on customer service and quality of work. The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication skills and attitude, a strong work ethic, and mechanical aptitude. Two years of residential installation is preferred. Team work is a priority and applicants must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed, in addition to working overtime.
