Looking for qualified applicants for a boutique personal injury firm.
Duties include but not limited to:
answering phones
scanning mail
preparing and sending letters
client intake
calendaring
client coordination
E filing
Discovery responses
Full time position. Starting pay is $16 per hour likely, DOE. At the end of three month probationary period, continued employment and hourly rate will be discussed.
Informal office atmosphere. Employees have lots of autonomy. Friendly co-workers including part time office dog.
Injury law firm dedicated to helping injured people. 401k and other informal perks.
Spanish speaking is necessary. Experience is encouraged but not necessary. Need to possess good people and writing skills.
