The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor with excellent verbal, written, graphic and quantitative skills and can prioritize/multi task in a fast paced environment. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in a growing company with an extraordinary and significant life-saving mission. Compensation, $35K to $50K per year, depending upon experience, plus stock options.
Qualifications
⢠Ability to effectively interact with team members and clients
⢠Experience with graphic design software
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
⢠Strong editing and writing skills
⢠Extraordinary attention to detail
⢠Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Desirable Experience:
⢠Previous position in an administrative support role
⢠Creating social media marketing campaigns
⢠Web site development
⢠Familiarity with Customer contact database software, such as ACT or Goldmine
⢠Familiarity with data entry into QuickBooks
Responsibilities May Include:
⢠Creating email or social media marketing campaigns
⢠Preparing meeting and training graphics materials
⢠Assist in preparing marketing materials
⢠Manage the Marketing Database
⢠Preform basic administrative duties
⢠Occasional answering Phones & greeting visitors
