Join an international furniture manufacturing company! Will be responsible to respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate product information/services, collect and process in bound orders, maintain detailed records of customer interaction and associated transactions. Must track shipments and be proactive with problem solving of issues. Experience in customer service or call center required. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbal and in writing. Proficient in computer skills, including microsoft office suite. Must have excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Being internet safvvy and having a friendly disposition with stron interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
