Fast paced internet based company looking for bright multi-taskers looking for a career in a fast paced office type setting working with entrepreneurs who have had proven success in the internet world of legal document filing industry. Primary focus is to help facilitate the creation and final delivery of the client's order and includes a mix of customer service, document management, data entry, auditing and light document processing skills. Thorough execution, accuracy and on time delivery are critical in delivering the CorpNet customer value proposition, ensuring our customers are truly delighted with the final documents they receive.

• Extremely detail oriented, organized and adept at following a paper trail

• Exceptional editing and proofreading skills; Accurate

• Focus and ability to multi-task and manage multiple time sensitive deliverables simultaneously

• Ability to learn and absorb processes across 50 states for each product

• Works with intensity and demonstrates a high sense of urgency

• Collaborates with colleagues in other functions to answer client questions and improve efficiency

• Punctual and comfortable working with tight deadlines

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Experience with keyboard shortcuts (such as cntrl+c, cntrl+s, cntrl+v etc,).

Education and Experience Required:

o Data entry experience OR administrative experience in a high volume environment.

o Legal industry background, experience, knowledge or interest required.

o Experience communicating with customers or customer service background is extremely helpful.

Other:

o Full time - 40 hours per week, typically 8:00 - 5:00 or 8:30 - 5:30.
