Specialized technology company in the Conejo Valley looking for a full-time, super sharp go-getter. Primary duty is to support two key executives so that they can focus on sales and operations. You are an excellent communicator, flexible, highly detailed and keep an organized desk. You must be excited about coming to work each day and be an energetic personality, and be willing to work overtime or the occasional weekend on short notice. Our office and warehouse is located in the Conejo Valley. We have a small staff in-house with other employees spread around the country. This is a friendly team with no divas.
- Excellent and Accurate communication skills
- Must be tech savvy we have various A/V equipment and the candidate should have the capability to learn the basics and be able to speak to clients about their function.
- Social media standout will be required to update FB, Twitter, Instagram, and write press releases
- Preference given to those with knowledge of Filemaker, Vectorworks, and Freshdesk/Basecamp
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a flexible self-starter
- Must be completely familiar with Mac/Apple, Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel) and the Google suite of programs
- Must have minimum three years experience in a similar position in Entertainment, Management or Marketing.
Key job duties include:
- Act as liaison between departments
- Process quotations and invoices from executives
- Handles confidential matters with absolute trustworthiness and ensures situations are handled with integrity
- Coordinate meetings, out of office and conference calling.
- Maintain CRM
- Maintenance and set-up of management files in Google Drive
