NTT Equipment Repair & Fabrication is looking for an experienced office assistant/shop coordinator. This position is full time, long term, with many opportunities for advancement. It is located at our on site location in Ventura County.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Set up new jobs, document all work performed, parts used and prepare invoices.
2. Create quotes for upcoming jobs.
3. Research, order parts and receive shipments into inventory.
4. Answer and screen calls, help customers or relay messages.
5. This person would have direct contact with customers, shop personnel and field workers.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Knowledge of Quick Books
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
3. Must have a great memory, self motivated and organized
