What we are looking for:
We are looking to hire a full-time employee, predominantly focused in the support of our sales team. It is our goal to find a person that is motivated to become part of the Alpan team long term. A keen sense of urgency, drive, humor and scrappiness is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
Prompt phone/email follow ups
Provide troubleshooting assistance for relevant problems
Research and provide data and guides to help the sales team
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
Keep record of sales and marketing information
Meet project deadlines
Monitor and handle sample requests
Assist in solving freight and logistics issues and recommend and execute resolution while providing both the sales team and customer with updates
Job Skills:
Effective planning, time management, and organizational skills along with attention to detail on all projects
Excellent phone/email etiquette and overall communication skills, verbal and written
You find making process improvement changes to improve efficiency and workflow to be exciting
Enthusiastic, organized, strategic thinker who is able to work independently as well as part of a team
You embrace small business culture, and are a thoughtful team player (sense of humor is a plus)
Have a positive attitude and professional composure, even when it's challenging
Strong computer proficiency
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, Outlook is a plus
CRM/ERP experience (QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus
Job Qualifications:
High school or equivalent
English speaking, Spanish a plus
Driver's License (Preferred)
Work Schedule
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
