Who we are:
Our mission is to serve all people with developmental disabilities in their communities, as individuals, with services tailored to their needs, honoring choices, and empowering people to enhance life quality.
We were established in 2006 and independently owned/operated. We provide support throughout the county of Ventura. We provide supported living, independent living, and respite services to individuals with disabilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages all support line communication/duties (documentation, coordinates shift coverage, eRSP and Google documentation, medication checks over the phone, answering general questions, addressing concerns, maintains timesheet line 5:00pm-10:00pm & weekends).
REQUIRED:
Exceptional customer service, verbal, and written communication skills, intermediate-advanced competency in operating Microsoft Office programs and data manipulation/transformation, specifically excel, has a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, valid drivers license, maintains current automobile insurance, DMV report (required for employees who meet driving policy requirements), maintains first aid and CPR certifications (on the job training and assistance is provided), maintains a negative alcohol/drug screening in accordance to California law, cleared/maintained Department of Justice clearance, and cleared Tuberculosis screening, and ability to maintain a flexible work schedule which meets the demands of the position. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Physically lift and carry up to 25-pound items, unless imposed by a physician in writing, ability to sit for extended periods of time, ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time and an ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanor.

Schedule:
Position will be 16-24 hours/week (2-3 shifts) within the below schedule
Position is subject to change based on the scheduling needs for the week to accommodate team vacation requests.
Hours:
Mondays: 2:00pm-10:30pm
Tuesdays: 2:00pm-10:30pm
Saturdays: 2:00pm-10:30pm
Sundays: 2:00pm-10:30pm
