We then set up confirmed, qualified appointments for agents like yourself who are ready to provide top notch service from there.
We give you all of the materials you need, packed with accurate, viewer-friendly statistics and guarantee safeguards, so you can feel confident in the value you’ll provide to your client upon getting hired!
You get to work showing homes to your buyer clients, or setting up showings for your seller clients, with hundreds of videos, manuals, scripts, books, and other Team Szakos resources at your fingertips.
When you connect a homebuyer with their dream home, our team provides extensive administrative support to help with paperwork, and sales support to help with negotiations throughout the entire process.
We all celebrate together as you close more transactions than you ever have before - while only focusing on your favorite part of the entire real estate system!
On Team Szakos, you will be transformed into a true expert as we support your desire for growth. You’ll have weekly 1-on-1 meetings with a sales trainer to make sure you are hitting your goals, while creating and maintaining plans to get you there. Expectations are clear on your part of the operation. We will provide everything you need in order to bring accurate, helpful information to buyers and sellers about the current market. Our team will give you strategies to win in this offer war, as well as tips and tricks for being an expert agent in this kind of market. It’s all here! Responsibilities:
Available for buyer and seller appointments
Conduct benefits presentations to qualified buyers and sellers
Work with sellers to price, market, negotiate, and sell homes
Work with buyers to find, negotiate, and purchase homes
Hold auction-like first open houses (not the typical open homes, ours are 1 hour in length)
Collect online reviews after closing, and continue to follow up thereafter to check-
in and collect referrals
Qualifications:
Active California Real Estate license
Desire to provide value to others
A positive outlook on life
Open-minded and level-headed
Looking to grow personally and streamline your routine
Recognize opportunities
Desire to create meaningful, long-lasting relationships
Full-time possession of a working vehicle, laptop, and internet hotspot
