Currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor for a position in Camarillo, CA.
Job Duties:
This role supports Mortgage division with daily processing of home mortgage loans.
Along with regular interaction with customers, duties include interpreting policies while analyzing applications, property specs and documentation; ordering all required verifications, creating disclosures, monitoring e-sign reports and conducting follow up with the external or internal customers as needed.
This position requires the ability to make sound business decisions based on credit risk policy procedures while performing high volume, time sensitive tasks related to the loan documentation process - which includes researching and problem solving to ensure compliance with State, Federal, Agency and Bank policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
This role also requires solid proficiency in processing government, conforming and/or non-conforming loans; collateral review, communication/interaction; and developing and maintaining relationships with all involved parties.
Build strong professional relationships with internal and external customers to provide a World Class Experience.
The ability to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLSR), under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (SAFE ACT), and maintain the registration as required.
Job Requirements:
GED/HS.
2+ years mortgage loan processing or mortgage loan origination background.
Experience processing conventional and government mortgage loan products including analyzing and validating data.
MS Office.
Loan-closing experience.
$22.85/hour
Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM
