*** On-Site Apartment Manager needed in Ventura County***
LRS is currently seeking an On-Site Resident Manager for a 26 unit building in the Ventura County. One Bedroom is available.
Must live on site. Will train the right people. Compensation is negotiable depending on skills and abilities. Our growth leads to new opportunities for talented people.

*Abilities needed for this position*
*Customer service attitude towards residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and co-workers.
*Show apartments and complete lease agreements accurately.
* Keep the property litter free and welcoming to guests and residents.
*Collect and deposit rents and issue late / eviction notices.
*Must have own home office setup for working with corporate database and email -- your own computer, internet access, and are able to learn new applications.
*Understand Fair Housing laws and able to apply them in real world situations.
* Must have reliable transportation for banking and maintenance purposes.
* Handyman skills for general maintenance needs, as well as apartment turnover. Previous experience in these fields will make you stand out:
