We are looking for motivated, tenacious, and energetic Salespeople to add to our growing team of 'Customer Advocates'. The ideal candidates will have integrity, drive, ambition, always do the right thing and have a sincere desire to give outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for changing the way people experience and perceive car buying forever; using our unique 'No Hassle No Haggle Transparency' sales approach.You will be:

• Greeting the customers explaining the Ford of Ventura approach to car buying and understanding their needs and wants.

• Committed to being a sales expert with detailed knowledge of our products and latest technology.

• Test driving the vehicle and providing features and benefits presentations on our industry leading products.

• Conducting credit interviews and helping customers find the best way to buy a car for THEM.

• Presenting totally transparent payment options and financial options without the need for conflict or negotiation.

• Following up with prospective customers using email and phone.

• Making sure our current customers are protected and satisfied throughout their ownership.Your requirements :

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Auto Finance Experience

• Confidence in your ability to be successful.

• A desire to work in a commission, performance-based environment.

• Great attitude with high energy personality.

• Bilingual Preferred. (Spanish)

• Professional appearance and work ethic.
