Were are a manufacturer of IT Equipment. We are looking for a highly talented, motivated, entrepreneurial Inside Sales Professional to join our growing team. The right candidate will be a technical savvy sales professional who thrives on being challenged and possesses the passion, tenacity, drive and confidence to pitch our products. The candidate will help generate new accounts and service existing accounts of all sizes.

Job Description:

Focus on qualifying and distributing leads to outside sales team and/or active re-sellers.

Follow-up and Qualify all leads from events, tradeshow and expos.

Pipeline management- build and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure continuous population of immediate and long term opportunities.

Emphasize product features and benefits, quote prices and answer all customer questions.

Actively prospect daily for new reseller making a minimum of 32outbound cold calls per day.

Continued Documentation of all sales and prospecting activity in our CRM “ Sales Force.

Follow-up and present product demos to qualified prospects.

Provide guidance to customers' incoming request and provide necessary support.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in training opportunities and tools.

Front line to answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and with exceptional customer service skills.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals.

Working closely with Outside Sales Reps on accounts and opportunities.

Support outside sales and other departments as needed.

Experience and Skills:

Accomplished communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Proven sales skills

University or equivalent experience

The highest level of integrity, honesty and accountability

Proven phone sales and customer service experience

Working knowledge and ample experience of CRM system preferably Sales force

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
