Position Overview¯

VS Media is currently looking for a communicative, organized and detail driven person to oversee key model accounts in our Broadcasting Department. This will involve ensuring these relationships are kept in good standing, as well as helping these solo model accounts grow their business on our network. We are seeking someone who has excellent attention to detail, is able to track and follow up on weekly/monthly performance stats and who can run weekly/monthly analysis reports. Increasing the earning potential of our top talent through educational training needs, feedback and constructive critique as well as focusing on the growth and successes of new and emerging talent is key to the success of this role.

The person in this role should have the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while still staying focused on the bigger picture. Familiarity with the industry is not needed, but familiarity with tracking metrics, being able to clearly communicate delicate matters, and an intense desire to observe, learn and grow is wanted.

Helpful Experience

- Proven self-starter with a dynamic, can-do attitude and excellent follow through.

- Prior experience in a Customer Service/ VIP type role which required excellent communication skills & personalized service.

- Prior experience working with a team on large scale projects and goal achievement.

- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Compensation will include hourly pay and incentive bonus plan (after one year of employment). Full benefits package including health/dental/vision and an attractive 401k plan.
