At PayJunction, ourÂsenior sales development representativesÂwork closely with our account executives to grow a solid sales pipeline, help to mentor new and existing team members, and are passionate about their work. Â

Job Responsibilities:

Identify high-quality leads through a series of qualifying questions

Generate new leads through outbound cold calling

Maintain a high call volume of 50-75 cold calls per day

Use email marketing to generate leads as well as manage inbound leads

UseÂSalesforce.comÂto properly note and manage accounts

Become an expert on our product and services to effectively demonstrate our value proposition

Lead call reviews

Assist in training and on-boarding new team members

Contribute to exploratory team that builds out new market channel and/or market segment

Assist in script development, reviews and testing

Consistently meet performance metrics

Skills & Requirements:

Strong relationship selling skills and a proven history of generating profitable sales.

A positive attitude

Strong self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate via phone and email

Exceptional communication skills -- written, verbal and presentation

"Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial attitude

Bachelor degree plus minimum 3 years of experience in a sales development role
