Job Description
Due to ongoing expansion of ITCA's client base we are looking for a Junior Investigator to support our global operations. This position can be done remotely anywhere in the US, you do not have to live in California. The investigator will report directly to the Global Operations Manager and is responsible for online data gathering and international data analysis.

Work description
Daily tasks will include:
Analyze, correlate and evaluate information
Perform online investigations
Update the CRM system
Make assessments on quality and value of data
Skill and competencies
The candidate must be a quick and eager learner. We prefer a broad knowledge base encompassing analysis, investigative, and computer skills. Candidates also need to:
Be self-motivated, positive and ambitious
Have relevant experience with IT
Have good intuition: see connections between various data points and facts
Have curiosity as one of your strongest motives
Be detail oriented
Have professional communication skills
Academic and work experience
2+ years work experience within the software or IT industries OR having an educational background (degree) in computer science or similar is required.
Languages:
Fluent in English language both written and oral
Portuguese language skills are a bonus
