Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa provides affordably priced, top quality therapeutic massage, facial and hair removal services at convenient hours 7 days a week. Our spa in Thousand Oaks, has 4 out of 11 treatment rooms designated for facials. Our Thousand Oaks spa is #2 in California for facial services of all the Hand & Stone locations. Our Porter Ranch location is #1 in California and #4 in the nation. We want to be #1 and are rapidly becoming the go to spa for facial services in the Conejo Valley. We are very busy and need you! We are currently seeking experienced, dependable, energetic, and friendly licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists to join our team! We are currently looking to fill select full or part-time esthetician positions at our locations in Thousand Oaks or Porter Ranch to support our growing clientele. We offer flexible days and hours, including weekends to work around your schedule. We are also a family owed business and value you as much as we do our clients.
Licensed Estheticians we hire must possess excellent technical skills, with a dedication to service and the highest professionalism. We provide an ongoing training program with Dermalogica and Clarity, uniforms, linen and supplies, fully articulating tables and a steady stream of clientele. At Hand & Stone, you do the work you love and we take care of the rest!
Applicants must be a California licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with AT LEAST THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE and should currently have insurance. Proficiency in all types of facials including various types of peels and remediation treatments are required. Proficiency in diamond tip microdermabrasion, peels and LED treatments a plus. We utilize NuFree, in addition to hot wax, for a more comfortable client hair removal experience, so experience with NuFree is a plus as well. Understanding how to match the client's need and skin type with the service is required.
Compensation is:
A percentage of each total service performed
An hourly rate between appointments while on duty,
Special incentives, all gratuities plus commission on Dermalogica and Clarity product sales.
Employer subsidized medical insurance for full time (30 hours/week) employees
