Key Responsibilities:

3. Budget Oversight: Assisting with budget management by tracking expenses, identifying cost variances, and addressing RFIs (requests for information) related to the project.
4. Project Coordination: Help set and maintain construction standards, coordinate with various team members and subcontractors, and troubleshoot design issues that arise.
5. Safety: You’ll be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:
Technical Skills: Must be able to read construction drawings and plans. Experience with tools like Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Procore, and Smartsheet is required.
