We are looking for a reliable full time person to join our maintenance team. Hours are 7:30am- 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. Job includes but not limited too: Painting, Cleaning, Landscape, Plumbing, Tile Work and general maintenance and rehabbing of apartments. Knowledge is a plus but willing to train the right person. Spanish/English speaking is a plus.
