We are a busy Home Health Agency looking to hire RNS, LVNS, and CHHAS in the Visalia area. We are looking for compassionate and personable candidates, to join ASAP Home Health to work within our patients home providing patient care. Following a physician established plan of treatment. The main responsibilities will involve aspects such as direct patient care, assessments, documentation, and assisting in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician established plan of treatment.
Qualifications:
Required license or certification: RN LVN CHHA CNA
Current CPR certification or BLS
Copy of updated Physical.
Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray.
Reliable transportation.
Excellent detail-oriented documentation skills
Good organizational skills
Looking to work long-term, a plus
For an RN ASAP will pay $100 for a routine visit, this visit is done every 30 days, must be a minimum of 30 minutes. Every 60 days a Head to toe assessment must be completed and ASAP will pay $150 for this visit. This Job would be great for someone seeking additional income.
LVN Rate- $22.00 - $23.50 per HR
CHHA/ CNA Rate- $13.00 $14.50 per HR
