Job Description
A Field Crew member will be required to attend to the production of the beehives at the farm locations, which can vary. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, hardworking individual in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
-Required local and out of town travel using company vehicle on a regular basis, possibility of overnight as needed.
-Lodging and food provided.
-Maintain and attend to the needs of the bees and beehives in the field. Training provided by supervisor.
-Strong communication and organizational skills by providing information to supervisors and co-workers
-Maneuver trucks for loading and unloading at warehouse location.
-Drive Forklift and other equipment to load and unload vehicles for the next workday. Will train for position.
-Must be hardworking, consistent, and have a high attention to detail
-Expectation to manage time and stay busy throughout shift
-Maintain and promote safe work practices at all times by always operating all equipment safely and responsibly
-Must be willing to work Monday-Friday. Work Sundays and overtime as needed.
-Continually meet internal and external expectations through teamwork, respect, willingness, and the support of others
-Required Drug/Follicle screening and background check.
-Must complete 90-day trial period. Possibility of wage increase after 90 days.

-Work location will vary daily
-Fast paced environment with industrial machinery and vehicles
-Varying temperatures based on weather conditions
-Required to work with bees and beehives in the field and warehouse (less active during winter months).
-Uniform and equipment provided.
Qualifications
-Class C Driver License, Class A Drivers encouraged to apply.
-Forklift experience a plus
-Bilingual a plus
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
