Do you have experience in plant/facility production, quality control, and maintenance? Perhaps warehousing experience, including shipping and receiving? Are you willing to operate material handling equipment including a forklift, skid steer, and other equipment? Are you self-motivated and customer-focused? If so, we’d like to hear from you!
General Purpose and Scope of Position:
Assist in all aspects of general laborer duties. This will include but is not limited to, spraying weeds on and off-site, collecting water samples, and maintaining the yard and facilities. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time, seasonal position.
Key Skills and Abilities Include:
Ability to work and contribute to a team approach with a positive attitude and outlook
Present a professional image to the Wilbur-Ellis customer through personal appearance and overall branch cleanliness
Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 80 lbs. while working in a non-climate controlled environment
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize with minimum supervision
Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons

Knowledge and/or experience with agricultural operations (preferred but not required)
Requires excellent interpersonal skills between both customers and fellow employees
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:
Assist the application team with spraying weeds on our customer's ranches.
Assist in the yard and warehouse duties and maintenance
Assist with product transfers, loading/unloading trucks and putting products in their designated areas.
Assist with the management of used containers/jugs
Help to maintain the cleanliness of tanks.
Collect water samples
Complete any projects or inspections as assigned
Meet and complete all WECO regulatory safety requirements
Attend product training sessions and meetings when necessary
Notify Safety Director immediately if products spill
Respond to inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
All other duties as assigned
