San Joaquin Valley Homes, the fastest growing new homebuilder in the Central Valley, is seeking a person to work with the Land Development staff to keep lots and streets well maintained and clean. The ideal candidate will have a minimum two years' previous experience operating equipment like tractors, skid steers. Experience with driving dump trucks, street sweepers or water trucks a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
⢠Operate equipment on a daily basis
⢠Make sure equipment is clean and well-maintained
⢠Help with storm drain water management and dust control
⢠Move temporary construction fencing
⢠Fill in for other employees on vacation or sick days
⢠Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
⢠A. S. (Junior College) degree preferred
⢠A minimum of 2 years' related experience
⢠Or equivalent combination of education and experience
⢠Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the city of Visalia
Salary:
$35,000-$50,000 plus bonus DOE; excellent benefit package and 401k
