San Joaquin Valley Homes, the fastest growing new homebuilder in the Central Valley, is seeking a person to work with the Land Development staff to keep lots and streets well maintained and clean. The ideal candidate will have a minimum two years' previous experience operating equipment like tractors, skid steers. Experience with driving dump trucks, water trucks or street sweepers a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate equipment on a daily basis
Make sure equipment is clean and well-maintained
Help with storm drain water management and dust control
Move temporary construction fencing
Fill in for other employees on vacation or sick days
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
A. S. (Junior College) degree preferred
A minimum of 2 years' related experience
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Salary:
$35,000-$50,000 plus bonus DOE; excellent benefit package and 401k
