San Joaquin Valley Homes is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Visalia office. The position will provide administrative support to the executive management team and include office management duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative support and business correspondence for executive management
Record retention and file management, including scanning for multiple departments
Assist Human Resources by facilitating training and educational programs for staff
Maintain and organize offsite storage
Additional projects as assigned
Requirements:
Associates Degree or comparable formal training
Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience
Computer literacy in the Microsoft programs; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Work and foster a team environment
Carry out tasks exactly as directed
Self-motivated and organized
Ability to prioritize in a high paced environment
Experience in the construction field preferred
Must pass background check and employment verification
Salary:
Salary $37,000-$50,000 DOE with a generous benefit package, including a 401k plan.
