WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a full-time Business Manager to join our team at a 102-unit community in the Coalinga, CA 93210 area. You will be second in command at an apartment community and given the opportunity to be part of running a business. You will support the community manager with the daily operations of the property. Days required Monday through Friday.
WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:
â¢You bring a minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience
â¢You have a good working knowledge and have the ability to perform professional level customer service
â¢You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
â¢You have a strong knowledge of MS word, excel, and outlook
â¢You must be available to live onsite, this is an onsite required position
â¢You possess a valid driverâs license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
