Our company is seeking talented and experienced Flooring Installers who enjoy a happy environment. We provide the jobs but the Installers must manage their crews to perform assigned flooring projects, and be able to successfully pass a background check. Our company pays competitive rates and will schedule all installs.
Job Responsibilities:
-Must be able to provide good communication to our office staff and customers.
-Follow product installation guidelines and use correct tools for achieving accurate installation standards.
-Be professional and motivated.
-Help build the company image by communicating with customers, clients, and employees; using ethical business practices.
Job Requirements:
-Knowledge of residential and commercial flooring installations.
-Skilled in installation conditions and techniques as required by specific product.
-Ability to handle difficult customer and installation situations.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
