Is looking for a talented Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 5 Years of Experience. You must be proficient with plumbing, Electrical, Lighting, Drywall, Appliance Installation and so much more. You must have your own tools and transportation. This is a part time on call position from 7 - 4 pm. Can become a full time position, if you have a book of business even better.
