Description We are currently working with a local organization who is looking for a someone who is focused, self-starter who can work well independently.It’s critical that this person has exceptional attention to detail to complete all tasks correctly.The Assistant Category Manager must be organized and phenomenal with follow through.This individual must also be a great listener, a team player, and have a strong desire to serve. We want a happy, positive person that will be an encouraging force in the workplace.This position is full onsite and is contract to hire. Managing spreadsheets.
Being able to use MS Excel at an advanced level.
Generated reports and extensive data entry.
Corresponding with customers and vendors to coordinate product delivery.
Assisting internal departments as needed.
Creating presentations as needed.
Assisting with administrative projects as needed.
Requirements
2+ years of administrative experience.
MS Excel is a must.
Strong understanding of the below functions:
XLOOKUP, TEXTJOIN, IF, Consolidate.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Availability to work fully onsite.
