location: Walnut Creek, California

job type: Contract

salary: $48 - 60 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Associates



responsibilities:

Proficient with flow diagram software (Visio, Lucid chart etc.), Service Now reports/dashboarding and Microsoft Excel graphing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with collaboration tools

Must thrive in a collaborative work environment and have the ability to work effectively with limited supervision

Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks relating to multiple initiatives at any given time

Ability to bring innovation and creative thinking to the position

Must work Pacific Time Zone hours

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Education: Associates

• Data Analyst (2 years of experience is required)
• KPI
• Runbooks (2 years of experience is required)
