Contract to Hire
Up to $170,000

Our client is looking for a CRM Manager to support our Salesforce, Amazon Connect and Epsilon applications including all integrations with CRM and Marketing Tech. The CRM Manager will lead and provide direction in application systems support and deliver effective and efficient solutions that satisfy all customer needs.

  • Design technology solutions to meet business requirements
  • Define strategies, develop system requirements, prototyping and testing bespoke technology solutions, and support of implementation.
  • Be the primary technical liaison between department managers, business leaders, third-party vendors, and the Application Support team.
  • Manage resources for ongoing development throughout the enterprise, including but not limited to Salesforce, Epsilon, ESP, CDP, and Amazon Connect.
  • Manage code efficiency and data integrity with all applications integrated with our CRM tech stack
  • Give direction and leadership in the definition of business requirements for projects as well as in customer service regarding change requests and issue research
  • SDLC, PCI, CCPA and SOX compliance throughout all aspects of development. Maintain policies, standards, and governance model set forth for the Integration team.
  • Oversee the source code repository and practices to guarantee that a high level of integrity and effective controls are in place to maintain and deploy integration artifacts and configurations.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or other technology-related field/equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations (full life cycle)
  • 2+ years of managing enterprise implementation work streams
  • Experience with Lightning (Aura and LWC) or similar
  • Experience with Call center technologies similar to and preferably Amazon Connect
  • Aura Framework, Lightning Component and Salesforce Lightning Design System experience.
  • Familiarity and Experience with (2 or 3): Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Integration Cloud
  • Proficiency with Source Control tools Git, Bit bucket.
  • Ability to support Systemic operational improvements and build distributed applications with intuitive user interface design.
  • Strong experience with customer journey emails and Call strategies. Epsilon experience is a big plus.
