Position: BI Manager
Target Salary: up to 180k depending on experience
Location: West LA, California (fully remote right now)

BI Manager
A direct client of Robert Half Technology is looking for a well-rounded, BI Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis in an effort to refine and grow their team. Our client is in the finance industry and the growth of their business is relying on the further development of their current team and massive growth during this time.
Requirements
Must Haves:
5+ years managing a business intelligence team
5+ years in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing
Hands-on experience with Python (data analysis / data engineering) and/or R (data analysis)
Understanding of machine learning and AI algorithms and techniques
Prior experience building and maintaining television performance attribution models
3+ years in data visualization with preference for experience in MicroStrategy and Tableau, T-SQL
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to serve as a translator between technical and nontechnical stakeholders
