Job Details
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management with 1-5 years' experience. Preferred software proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore Construction Software (or similar), Bluebeam, Revu, Construction Connect and LEED GA preferred. Update and maintain all sets of drawings and specifications Ensure that all parties are referencing the proper project documents Prepare document distributions to subcontractors/suppliers (LOI, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders) Maintain document logs Assist with maintenance and updating of project schedules Process submittals through Procore Review the submittal product design for compliance with design principles, project integration, company standards, contract requirements, project specifications, and jurisdictional code compliance Assist with the processing of RFI's through Procore Update field and As-Built sets with RFI responses Manage digital & physical project documents (filing & archiving) Assist with the evaluation and tracking of design changes, drawing releases, and specification changes Assist with Prime Contract change management Assist with the creation of commitment scope (subcontracts & purchase orders) Assist with LEED/Cal Green Documentation Work with Superintendent to ensure quality standards are being met Assist with Superintendent to ensure materials used are in compliance with the approved submittals Assist in Quality Assurance at the job site by developing, maintaining, and communicating actionable lists of non-compliant work-in-place Maintain weekly/monthly project status reports for Client/Construction Managers Coordinate subcontractors/suppliers Assist with project cost control and monthly pay applications Perform quantity surveys Create & update digital record drawings (As-Built Plans) Procure & compile project closeout package Negotiate, resolve and close out any outstanding change orders, quality issues or disputes. Process and track any final invoices, payment applications, retention payments, etc. Prepare and submit final project accounting and budget. Assist client in scheduling, coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors, consultants.
