DescriptionThriving plaintiff firm with multiple offices has an immediate Litigation Paralegal Opening. The Litigation Paralegal role is 100% remote and will support a busy and fast-paced team of attorneys in plaintiff litigation matters. The ideal Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for federal and state court filings, drafting discovery, complaints and motions. Review a multitude of legal work, including the research and analysis of in-depth legal documents
Data base management of all relevant documents
Provide support to attorney through all phases
Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload
Requirements
Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
Court Filings experience required
Strong familiarity with Plaintiff
General familiarity with employee employment law
Solid understanding of court filing
Experience with Discovery Requests
Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
Foundational knowledge in plaintiff litigation
Adeptness in Discovery
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information
Capability to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
1+ years of relevant experience
