In addition, we rent Caterpillar and Other Preferred Manufactured Equipment for contractors. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN PLEASANT GROVE. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for vendor maintenance within Accounts Payable. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and distribute all incoming mail into the Accounts Payable department. Manage the department’s phone line. Handle external vendors’ and internal managers’ questions regarding all vendor invoice issues. Reconcile vendors’ monthly statements by obtaining missing invoices and work on resolving any statement issues. Responsible for new vendor set up along with updating of current vendor information. Manage credit application requested by vendors. Maintain all reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files. Assist Accounting department as necessary. Communicate with co-workers, management, vendors, and others regarding purchases. Other duties may be assigned.
