Manager for a small motel to live on site and oversee all aspects of operations. Duties include: making reservations, administrative front-office duties, inventory, greet and register customers, request supplies as needed, collect payment, and record money earned. Additional responsibilities include handling customer complaints and preparing reports.
The manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, laundry, housekeeping and repairs.
Qualifications include manage and sustain sales, develop efficient marketing strategy to promote the motel's services, ability to troubleshoot, good communication skills and great customer service.
