Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profits for Perryman Mechanical, Inc.. Management duties will include visits to projects, scheduling, managing sub-contractors, cost control, production coordination, processing change orders, client meetings, dispute resolution, extensive documentation and public relations. Daily activity will include communication/coordination with and/or between owners, architects, inspectors, vendors, engineers, subcontractors and field personnel. Must possess ability to work independently in a highly flexible environment.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
* 10 years experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and construction experience
* Bachelor degree in Construction Management or equivalent vocational schooling
* Thorough understanding of Plumbing, Piping and/or HVAC systems a MUST
* Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, MS Project, etc.)
