Upbeat, passionate, prominent individual. Excellent communication in person and promoting the practice over the phone is required. Superior computer skills only - office is paperless with secure email/text/scanning capabilities. We prefer applicants with Eaglesoft/Demandforce/Invisalign/Cosmetic case experience.
It is essential that you are confident with making financial arrangements for dental treatment with a high case acceptance rate. You must successfully interact with patients by reviewing the treatment and making a solid financial arrangement, so they can receive the dental treatment required for health and desired esthetics.
Other responsibilities: reaching and entering accurate insurance information, giving patients accurate estimates before the appointment is scheduled, scheduling to our production goal, outstanding claims, recare system, referrals, incoming reports from specialists, new patient phone calls, preparing for new patients, etc.
