Example Responsibilities of the Clerical Lead / Customer Service Support
Experience in the following areas is preferred but not required:
Daily Deposits
Computerized check writing
Time Card handling
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager & Corporate
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Audit Compliance of Clerical Paperwork
Customer Service
Requirements for the Clerical Lead / Customer Service Support position:
Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not mandatory)
Hard Working
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift gears quickly
Complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Computer/Typing Abilities
Polished telephone and email abilities
Confident self-starter who works well independently
Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team
