In addition, we rent Caterpillar and Other Preferred Manufactured Equipment for contractors. POSITION SUMMARY The Warranty Administrator supports the sales, parts and service departments to ensure we maximize the recovery of warranty dollars from our manufacturers and proactively works with these departments to ensure accurate claim information is captured for claim recovery. The Warranty Administrator position will initially be performed remotely with no travel. However, when normal operations resume, this position will involve weekly travel to Holt locations. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Submit warranty claims to product manufacturers. Follows warranty agreements and company policy to ensure claim legitimacy. Review all returned and/or rejected claims and prepare for immediate resubmission. Document and track claims through completion. Process warranty part returns. Analyze warranty reports when needed. Provide support to the service department as needed. Educate and train service department about warranty policies and procedures to maximize claim effectiveness. Travel to Holt locations. Other warranty duties as assigned.
