Succeed.net is looking for a full-time Wireless Broadband Installer/ Technician.
The person we will hire for this job will be computer savvy, like being outdoors and talking to customers, have aptitude for installing radio equipment similar to satellite TV and cable run mounting and should be a SELF STARTER.

Daily responsibilities for this position will include:
- Broadband Wireless Installations, repairs, and equipment recoveries from cancelled accounts
- Customer Computer configuration (TCP/IP, Email)
- Climbing ladders, small towers or structures (30 to 200 ft) and roofs
- Working with Power Tools and equipment
- Driving Company vehicle to Customer Location over a 50 mile radius
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer records and ticket logs
- Speak with customers on the phone and in person to provide Broadband Installation setup
- Moves and / or lifts material weighing up to a maximum of 60 pounds
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, DNS, Email configuration and troubleshooting
- Installation and termination of Ethernet and Power over Ethernet cabling and related equipment.
Requirements include having a positive attitude towards customer needs and expectations, positive mental attitude, a willingness to learn our systems and express positive ways to improve our systems. Have detail oriented installation skills and the ability and willingness to handle customer interaction in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Must have excellent driving record.
Compensation is $18-20/hour with advancement opportunity beyond the probation period. 50% Medical/Dental/Vision paid by company, $50,000 Life Insurance, 401K 4% matching.
You will be provided: A notebook computer, company vehicle, company phone and training and certification (tower climbing, heavy equipment, OSHA 10 hour, wireless equipment, etc.)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have unimpaired hearing, able to communicate orally and via telephone.
Ability to distinguish between colors, read printed material, lift/carry 60 pounds, climb stairs/ladders, must be able to kneel, stoop, crouch, or work in other uncomfortable positions to accomplish tasks.
Must have good hand/eye coordination and be able to work with hand tools.
SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Possibility of infrequent overtime. Requires valid CA state driver's license and good driving record. May require security check. Must pass random drug testing. Must not be afraid of heights or darkness.
