Safe Side Security Inc. is a leader in Commercial and Residential Security Systems. We are looking for an Entry Level professional, to assist with Burglar and Camera Installations in and around Woodland.
Responsibilities:
Install and service burglar, card access, and electronic security systems
Respond to customer requests for onsite installs and repairs
Address and resolve customer concerns by maintaining equipment in a timely manner
Accept assignments with an open, cooperative, and positive attitude
Read schematics and technical documentation
Participate in team meetings
Requirements:
Some experience/knowledge of low voltage electrical
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, dealers, department
personal, and other team members
Have a positive attitude
Must be reliable, professional, organized, a self-starter, and have the ability to multitask
Represent the company in a professional manner
Have trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Must have a current California Driver’s License, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, FBI, and DOJ background check
Preferred but not required:
A current ACE Card
Knowledge of platforms including Amazon Alexa, Ring, Google Home
