Job Summary

The Order Fulfillment Specialist supports the Sales Department with customer orders, the management and fulfillment of back orders, and the preparation, invoicing and distribution of products to customers.

Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity are the main emphasis of the Order Fulfillment Specialist.

Responsibilities and Duties

Detailed oriented and accurate with paperwork

Accurately fulfill & package all customer orders in a timely manner

Accurately invoice customer orders

Accurately prepare all necessary documentation for distribution of customer orders

Monitor order lines each day to manage daily capacity

Maintain Company lead time for order fulfillments

Complete all orders per specific customer requirements and at completion of order € archive documentation

When needed fill back orders or make adjustments to returned products

Maintain safe & clean work environment

Maintain open & clear traffic pathways

Step in when other tasks need to be completed

Work overtime when required (can be mandated)

Maintain clean department & other areas, as requested

Follow directions from Supervisors

Qualifications and Skills

21 years old +

High school diploma or GED

Able to secure a MED Support license

At least 1 year of METRC experience

Previous experience in order fulfillment

Experience in supply chain role

Strong Computer Literacy Skills

Excellent oral and written communications

Ability to perform tasks to meet or exceed requirements

Highly organized and service minded

Thrives in a fast paced environment

Detail oriented with good math skills

Maintain an excellent attendance record

Positive team oriented employee

Ability to receive constructive criticism and address areas of need positively

Ability to sit / stand during alternating periods of time and on occasion use a ladder, in the course of an 8-10 hour shift

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis
