Northrop Grumman Space Systems Sector is looking for you to join our team as a Principal Cyber Systems Engineer/ Sr. Principal Cyber Systems Engineer based out of Aurora, CO.
What you'll get to do:
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Qualifications:

This requisition may be filled as either a Principal Cyber Systems Engineer or a Sr. Principal Cyber Systems Engineer
Basic Qualifications for a Principal Cyber Systems Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or a related field in the Intelligence Community; 3+ years with a Masters; 0 years with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Experience communicating with DAOs, CISOs, and Program Management
  • Experience developing and maintaining ATOs
  • Effective communication skills

Basic Qualifications for a Sr. Principal Cyber Systems Engineer
  • Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or a related field in the Intelligence Community; 7+ years with a Masters; 4+ years with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Experience communicating with DAOs, CISOs, and Program Management
  • Experience developing and maintaining ATOs
  • Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Experience with Cloud-based IA
  • Experience with Requirements development
  • CISSP, CISM, CEH, ACAS, GCIH, Security+ certifications

Principal Cyber Info Assurance Analyst:
Salary Minimum: $96,600
Salary Maximum: $144,900

Sr. Principal Cyber Info Assurance Analyst:
Salary Minimum: $119,784
Salary Maximum: $179,676
